Kayode Adeniji is the Senior Partner at Lawracles LP. He is continuously engaged as lead counsel in ongoing major and high profile commercial and public policy disputes across the courts of Nigeria and has been a representative of a party in an international commercial arbitration in the telecommunication industry.
Kayode also has remarkable experience in advising on complex commercial transactions as well as dispute resolution and advising foreign investors on potential investment in Nigeria. Before joining Lawracles LP, Kayode was Head of Dispute Resolution Management at the Honeywell Group.

Kayode has advised and represented a party on various Multi -Million Dollar Airtel Shareholders’ disputes.
He represented a defendant in a winding up proceedings worth N3.5 Billion.
Kayode’s legal opinion and advice helped the Management of Radisson Blu in dealing with unionization of its staff for smooth running of
business at the Hotel.
He had advised an investor on the acquisition and the ongoing dispute surrounding the privatization of the Aluminium Smelter Company
Kayode has successfully advised and represented a group of companies in enforcing its intellectual property rights against an American
Company and subsequently supervised the drafting and reviews of Settlement Agreement between the parties.
He has advised and represented a party in an ongoing dispute surrounding the Federal Government concession of the Nigerian Ports
He has successfully represented an indigenous drilling company in N27 Billion transaction at the Economic Financial Crimes Commission
He currently advises and represents a foremost consumer finance organisation in Nigeria.
Kayode has advised and represented clients’ interest on major real estate developments in FCT, Abuja and he is currently representing
clients interested in real estate development in Lekki, Lagos.
He has advised and successfully recovered multi-million naira debts for Ecobank, NDIC, UBA, AMCON and other financial institutions in

and resolve legacy issues of its deceased staff.
