Folashade Ayodele is a law graduate from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). Energetic and purpose-driven, Folashade has a keen eye for innovative developments.
Currently the Practice Manager of Lawracles Legal Practitioners, Folashade has ample experience from working with Deloiv Nigeria Limited; where she worked as an Administrative and Operations Officer.

Daramola Oyebimpe is a Second-class Upper graduate of the University of Lagos and the Nigerian Law School.
She is an outstanding legal practitioner with a burning passion for the corporate world. She is enveloped with a strong desire to proffer cutting edge solutions to everyday corporate commercial challenges.
She has participated in several corporate commercial transactions in the banking, fintech, real estates and manufacturing sector. She is presently advising a maritime company on the commercial and corporate-governance implications of its legacy/succession framework.
She is part of a team working on articles relating to fintech, the suppression of piracy bill and consumer protection laws.
David Lawani is a graduate of Mass Communication from the University of Benin. He is a research executive in the firm. Before Joining Lawracles, he worked as the Administrative Manager for Peritage Publishing.
David has contributed immensely to the firm’s work in the areas of Due diligence and Corporate Fraud Investigation, Debt recovery and legal research in the area of Cyber law as it relates to the internet of things (IoT)
